IS-2
heavy tank
The IS-2 (Iosif Stalin) mounted a huge 122mm gun, originally a corps artillery piece, that could destroy any German tank with a single hit but carried only 28 rounds due to the ammunition's size. Heavy-tank regiments equipped with it spearheaded the assaults on Budapest and Berlin, where its thick, well-sloped front armour was prized for close-range street fighting.
