Type 94 37 mm anti-tank gun
anti-tank gun
Japan's standard infantry anti-tank gun for most of the war, the light and easily maneuvered Type 94 was adequate against the tanks it was designed to fight in China in the 1930s but was hopelessly outmatched by the armor of American Shermans a decade later. Roughly 3,400 were built and issued down to regimental level.
