BT-7
cavalry tank
The last and best of the fast 'BT' cavalry tank series descended from the American Christie suspension, the BT-7 traded armour for speed and was intended for deep armoured breakthroughs. Its sloped hull and Christie running gear directly influenced the T-34 that replaced it, but the BT-7 itself was largely wiped out in the border battles of 1941.
