KV-2
heavy assault tank
Built to smash Finnish bunkers during the Winter War, the KV-2 carried a massive 152mm howitzer in a tall, boxy turret that made it look absurdly top-heavy and left it slow, hard to traverse and prone to getting stuck. A single KV-2 famously held up a German column near Raseiniai for a day in June 1941, but production ended within a year as impractical.
