Yukikaze
destroyer
A Kagero-class destroyer nicknamed the 'miracle ship' for surviving the entire war essentially undamaged, Yukikaze fought at Guadalcanal, sinking the American destroyer USS Laffey and helping sink USS Cushing, and went on to fight at Leyte Gulf and escort the doomed battleship Yamato on her final sortie. She survived that too, one of the very few major Japanese warships still afloat at the surrender.
